process_requests doesn't always work

Created by: agger-magenta

In some cases, requesting a media and running process_requests doesn't obtain the media, even though it's present on a mucua to which you're connected directly.

Going to the appropriate directory (/data/bbx/repositories/mocambos/<mucua>/<type>/<yy>/<mm>/<dd>/) and running

git annex get

does obtain it. Ideally, the two methods should be equivalent if the media is available on a remote to which there's access.
